Shared bedroom available

Description

This shared room is available toward the end of October/ beginning of November. I’m a tenant moving out and need a sub lease. This is an all girl household (3 girls). It’s $ a month + utilities. Everyone splits gas and electricity 3 ways. All of the girls are in there early ’s that go to school and work. We all get a long and watch movies together etc. it’s a bathroom apartment with a balcony and has a very spacious living room. If anyone is interested you can message me on here or in the picture would be your half of the bedroom. Its a gated apartment complex with a shared paring spot thats rotated. (Parkinglso availibke outside). This is located on east side Long Beach minutes away from Cal State Long Beach :)
