Hi Everyone!! I am looking for a female to take over my lease at the Oliv Hetzel!! so please only Girls only !! I haven't yet moved in so its completely brand new!! the oliv was also recently built and its super nice and luxurious. The base rent is however its discounted rn for and only a 5 minute walk from campus/classes. its also shared room. Their are 2 other girls in the apt as of right now. Here are some amenties!! lease dates are nov-june however immediate move in is preferred
