My friend and I are 2 girls in our early s, we are looking for someone who is laid back, easy to get along with, and doesn’t mind if we go out or have people over.

Great for students! Our house is a 2 minute walk from the ION, minutes train ride to UW and Laurier!

There is room in the driveway if you have a vehicle as well 🙂

Rent is $/month - utilities are included in the price! Wifi is split $/month each

Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated, big living room, backyard, and big front patio!
