Downstairs furnished room

Description

Large room downstairs- furnished with queen bed, couch, tv stand, dresser, etc. The bathroom downstairs is shared. The house is square feet- but we always have had roommates. I only have streaming for tv, but do have WiFi.
There is W/D available for use.
The house is near bike trails and paths.

I watch pets for a living- so much like friendly dogs.
Unfortunately no pets from tenants.
Can only rent to 1 person currently!
