We are located in the heart of it.Police station, post office, town library, and neighborhood park all within walking distance.- Public transit / bus stops within walking distance as well.Major grocery & food/brunch chains, and various gas stations/marts within 5 minutes of driving.Drive a little further and there is Ocean County Mall, Ocean County College, Ocean Medical Center Hospital, and an airport....We are looking for employed tenants.Smoking, drinking (& bringing any alcohol substances inside the house), and inviting guests to the property are not permitted....IMPORTANT:Security deposit is non-refundable.Payment is every week or every two weeks.
