Hi! I'm moving out and am looking for a friendly/responsible MALE to replace me (Who works on and not from home) ASAP for this 2 dweller unit in North Hollywood, NoHo Arts District- blocks away from Studio City & Burbank.

Includes PRIVATE ROOM & BATHROOM & PARKING SPOT (assigned tandem spots). Your half is roughly $ /mo all-in. Rent itself is $, security deposit req. Message ASAP if you think you're a good fit PER INFO BELOW!

Requirements:
NO WFH (Work from home), as I already WFH myself half the time, it's not compatible.

NO FEMALES. Seeking a male roommate only (hopefully around my age, though relatively NBD).

About remaining tenant:
yr old male working full time as a remote sales rep- hybrid- working 2+ days from home or outside. Leave the apartment A LOT for both work and personal, on both weekdays and weekends, but also glad to be home when I am. Work aside, time goes toward creative goals, gym, and just going out for leisure within LA & around SoCal.

Unit details:
The BA unit is on the 2nd floor (no elevator).1st story (YOUR) bedroom / bath, along with the common areas: kitchen, large living room and balcony. 2nd story includes (MY) bed/bath, 2 shared closets, & private rooftop deck. Tandem parking at the ground level (Assigned) + easy street parking. Laundry room on the 1st floor of the building for convenience. Best part overall in my opinion is our southeast location in the Valley!
