Large Apt in Historic Distric

Large apartment in historic district. Beautiful area. Roommate will be equal tenant, common areas shared. Fully furnished but willing to make room. Central air, off street parking, washer dryer. My room is in the opposite wing of the L-shaped house with a separate entrance. It’s practically a separate apartment so it’s not at all inconvenient to give a roommate the main areas to themselves on occasion, for family visits, dates, or just personal time and space. Large dog, however, has no concept of personal space. Fortunately she can’t use doorknobs so far.
