It is very private and the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house. The unfurnished (can be furnished) bedroom has a private bathroom with a slipper-claw-foot tub.
I’ve lived here for over four years and it’s a great space. I’m a very quiet person who thrives on harmony. The ideal roommate is a grad student, professional, or retiree who pays household bills on time, negotiates household tasks, and keeps common areas tidy.
