Looking for roommate for Oct/Nov

Hey we are looking for one more awesome roommate to renew a lease! One roommate is moving for a new job soon so will have one room for rent in a nice apartment complex, 3br, great location with lots of amenities(pool, gym, parking garage, clubhouse, pickleball) bathroom shared w one other roommate, w utilities split by 3. Current roommates are 2 guys, we keep pretty busy with work, and are easy to get along with, fun, respectful, clean etc. One’s into running and one moving out is into golf, also into music, edm but the roommate moving out likes a mix of hip hop/country too, also video games, marvel/ Star Wars, dbz.. ganja friendly/ looking for another roommate to lease in October or November at the latest… very very occasional music playing, no pets unfortunately, students, professionals welcome, occasional guests ok, must be clean (like no piles of dishes and pans in the sink)
