hi everybody!! i’m urgently looking to fill the second bedroom in my apartment in bixby knolls, long beach (preferably by october 1st with some flexibility.) i’m and work full-time looking for a girl or queer person/student around my age that enjoys being social and common spaces. totally open to having friends over, etc! the two rooms are exactly the same, both large and have hugeee closets plus extra shared storage all along the hallway towards the shared bathroom. (video is empty apartment before we moved in)
rent for the room is $ a month, it’s a month to month lease and we pay gas + electric. there’s no assigned parking but there is plenty of street parking up here! you’d be living with just me and my super cuddly well behaved cat soup! open to another cat if you have one 💖 message me with any questions or i can send you a full video walk through!
