Hi, my name is Shannon. I am a ish old professional I work from home. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Estrella Mountain Ranch. The monthly rent is $ and includes a minimally furnished room with full size bed and private bathroom, utilities included. House is brand new construction was completed 6 months ago. You will have access to common areas, laundry, and Peloton. To have access to HOA amenities , which include gym, pool, community centers, there will be an additional fee. There is a parking lot for use as I do not have a parkable driveway. Female preferred. No couples, no children, overnight guests not permitted without approval. During the day I am in meetings for most of that time, so I need someone that is more on the quiet side, as I cannot have a noisy environment. I have 2 very friendly Shih Tzu dogs. House is professionally cleaned once per month.
