Greetings!

I hope this message finds you well. I have a private room for rent in my spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment that will be available on the th of October. I've been at this apartment complex for over years and in Hermosa Beach for over a decade and some change. The place is about mile from the pier, close to gyms, restaurants and really cool boutiques. Neighborhood is super safe and the place itself is very quiet. The room is pretty standard, and we will share the common areas such as the kitchen and bathroom.

Must haves/Non Negotiables: This is a single room so no long term visitors, no pets unfortunately and absolutely no smoking of any type nor drugs. I'm usually in bed by about am so I will ask my future roommate to kindly be courteous and respectful of noise at all times. The place will rent out in a week and I'm more interested in having the right fit. There will be additional storage areas and cabinets near the bathroom and kitchen area for your belongings.

Rent covers ALL utilities, WiFi and DTV Stream. The rent on my end has recently increased but your rent will never change. Upon move in you will be required to pay half of October's rent ($) along with a SD which would entail a full months rent ($).
Ideally, I would like to find a long term tenant as I will be staying here for quite some time as this has been home for me. A minimum of 6 months rent is considered but I'm not a stickler for having to stick these terms as I know life can hit us all unexpectedly. I will always require that you give me a full days in advance if you find another opportunity to move elsewhere.
