You would be renting a bedroom with a full attached bathroom and also have a second bedroom/office/flex space. The rest of the square foot house is a shared space consisting of a sun room, sitting room, living room, full kitchen, dining space, laundry room with washer and dryer, large back yard with patio, Tuff storage shed, garden. The house is two blocks from the highline canal, several blocks from Eisenhower Park and Community Center, convenient location close to the Hampden/I- entrance/exit. We have loved the location of our home for easy access to the mountains, DTC, and a minute drive to downtown and truely awesome neighbors. Asking $/mo for rent and the utilities are split evenly between tenants. Willing to consider an additional dog. Furniture in photos is not included, tenants to furnish the home.

We are moving and renting our home and looking for a roommate to join my brother-in-law who is a year old professional male. Born and raised in Colorado, he enjoys a quiet home life, comedy shows, and live music. He works the typical M-F workday schedule and has an 8 year old golden retriever who is a well behaved sweetheart and loves the company of humans.
