Hi! Looking for someone to take over my portion of a lease in Tempe. This is a bathroom apartment and move in date would be around December/January with the option of resigning in May. Rent is around 1k per month + utilities.

You would be living with a Chemistry PhD student from Iran. She is very clean and easy to live with.

Living room is furnished and bedroom is also furnished, but I could sell the bedroom furniture if you have stuff you would like to bring instead. Please message me if interested! 🙂
