Master Bedroom: $1,200 – private bath, private patio, can double up for friends or couples

Other Bedrooms: $950 – shared bath

Utilities included: water, trash, & electricity

Move-in: Nov (late Oct maybe)

Deposit: equal to first month’s rent, but can be discussed

No application fee!
