The entire apartment is square feet/ square meters. Each of the 2 bedrooms is intended for 1 person only. In total, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, then just 2 people are allowed to live in the whole apartment.
Rent is 1 year minimum.
No pets are allowed.

From the apartment you are just a few steps away from Downtown and the T METRO RED LINE that brings you to Cambridge, Kendall Square, the Boston Common Park, easily and cheaply. Closest T-stops are Andrew and Broadway.
