Driveway or free street parking right in front of the house, backyard, breakfast room & laundry room access. Utilities included. Non smoker-room is furnished. Close to Navy Exchange, 3 miles to Naval Base on miles to Balboa park and Coronado Island. As a government employee & I must maintain a clean background along with those I rent to.
