• Room 1 (Large, front-facing): $ month – Spacious with a big window and closet, nearly the size of the master. Shared bathroom in hallway if someone takes 2nd room.
Utilities & Deposit:
• Utilities split evenly among all roommates (included with room $ each pre-added)
• Security deposit: One month’s rent excluding pre-added $ for utilitiess
Shared Spaces & Amenities:
• Living room, kitchen, pantry, and laundry room
• Driveway parking (fits 4 cars) + garage with mini home gym (treadmill, Bowflex, boxing bag, weights)
• Large backyard (not fenced) with a fire pit for s’mores
About the Home:
• Clean, comfortable, and respectful environment
• Looking for roommates who treat the home with care and respect privacy, while being open to helping each other out when needed
