Mobile home located near Gladstone. The community offers a pool, a playground, and a lake. Rent is $ a month which includes several streaming services. $ deposit. Utilities split. Living room, kitchen, and laundry area would be shared. There is a washer and dryer available. Renter has their own parking spot in the driveway. I spend most of my time in my bedroom, and work long hours. I do not smoke, but do not mind if someone smokes outside. Sorry, but no dogs or cats. I am very respectful and keep a clean, organized home. A background check (not a credit check) is required by the community. Would ultimately prefer 6 months minimum, and if things go well, we can always extend the lease.
