• $/mo couples/2 adults
Deposit equal to rent, flexible if needed. Furnished option (bed, TV, side tables, décor) available for +$/mo.

Utilities Included (set rate option): electricity, water/gas, high-speed internet. No cable, but open to splitting if wanted.

About Me:
Hi, I’m Thomas! I’m and work in pediatrics. I work two -hour shift jobs, so I’m away days a week. On my days off, I focus on school, travel, family, and keeping life low-key. At home, I usually relax in my room, study, play video games, or enjoy the pool.

I don’t drink, smoke, or do drugs, and I rarely have guests. I’m clean and tidy—doing a deep clean of shared spaces monthly (your room is your own). I’m part of the LGBTQ+ community and open to living with anyone respectful, regardless of background or lifestyle.

I’d describe myself as compassionate, helpful, and easygoing. I enjoy video games, the gym, golf, surfing, concerts, and traveling. Though more introverted, I value good vibes and a peaceful, friendly home.
