Roommate/housemate wanted! Seeking someone to split rent with in my split level bath townhouse. Easy and free parking and excellent location within walking distance from Cherry Creek Trail, located a few blocks from South Monaco and Leetsdale.
Shared bathroom and two bedrooms on second story, kitchen, bathroom, and living area on first level. Amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher. Pool in summer. I currently have a bed and desk in the room, which my new roommate is welcome to use (price negotiable) or I can get all furniture out for you to bring your own. We can also rearrange all other furniture in the living areas.
Women preferred. Also you must be okay with my small fluffy cat. No other pets, please. I am a woman who works fulltime so I will be out of the house weekdays.
Can move in immediately through June, then up to renegotiate.
