Quiet female professional looking for another quiet female to share this light filled, beautiful 2 bedroom, bath condo. I have two super sweet cats which is the maximum allowed number of pets. There is assigned parking with a private courtyard entrance. Great location: minutes to the beach, minutes to downtown Tampa, minutes to downtown Dunedin, 3 minutes to Publix, minutes to Aldi and Walmart, minutes to Countryside Mall. Really nice community swimming pool that's usually pretty quiet along with tennis courts. I am very clean but not always perfect. Shared bathroom, half bath downstairs. Looking for a quiet, private person with a steady income at least twice the rent. First and last month's rent required, plus a 6 month lease. Must pass background and credit check.
