ABOUT US:

I'm looking for a female potential roomate with an awesome personality to split the space with. My roommates are in our mid-late s, really chill, not partiers but also not dead quiet either.) There’s 5 of us at the moment ( girls) and I am subleasing my spot for 6 months, so I’m looking for someone to take my spot and share the room with my roomate.

ABOUT THE ROOM:

I'm currently sharing one of the rooms with another roommate and she’s been living here for 6 years. The room comes with a private bathroom that only the new person and a female roommate will share and it's attached to the bedroom.

My roomate has a busy schedule, tend to be a night owl, and travel once or twice a month, so you’ll have the room to yourself at times.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:

- Garage parking shared / street parking also available
- Washer and dryer in the apartment building
- A few blocks away from coffee shops + restaurants in Sawtelle Japantown and the Santa Monica Blvd side, super close to Westwood, Santa Monica, Brentwood.

**Rent is $ (not including utilities + WiFi).
