- Fern Room: $ plus utilities
- Luna Room: $ plus utilities
- Entire Basement: $ (you'd have it to yourself, the only reason I need to go down there is to do laundry)

SPECIFICS
- Pets ok with a $ refundable pet deposit (+$ monthly per animal)
- $ application fee to cover background check, reviewing references, pay stubs, etc.
- First / last month's rent due at lease signing
- Utilities are generally about $ / month (averaged throughout the year, and we did just put in solar)

Hey my name is Amy and I live at in Northglenn!

Don't be fooled, we're right off so many highways so we're kinda minutes from everywhere ( mins from downtown / LoDo).

I'm an artist so my home is beautiful and unique, covered with murals and cozy nooks and living areas. I am also an aerialist and we have an ' indoor rig point and workout / stretching space.

Kitchen and bathroom tile is completely updated. Your basement bathroom has a gorgeous corner tub with mood lighting.

Both rooms come completely furnished with storage space, dressers, and streaming TVs. There's a large TV and fireplace in your basement living space as well.

Basement also boasts a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, George Foreman grill, and electric kettle in the small kitchenette so you can be self-sufficient, although you're welcome to use the full kitchen upstairs anytime!

I live here with my dog Winston (Yorkie) and keep a tidy home. I also love community and cooking so there's a good chance there's something cooking on the stove.
