Description

Room in SFH, shared bath, hopefully available January. This will be a dog-friendly house for friendly dogs, as long as you have proof of vaccines. I will be traveling and only staying in this house part time so you will have sole use of home on weekends and most of summer. I am a female professional, years old. Enjoy outdoor activities, such as biking, birding, sailing. I will be working a lot but enjoy company and socializing. Hoping to find another female who could benefit from this situation, possibly a grad student or young professional. Proof of employment/income and a background check will be required unless you can show employment in a field that already requires one.
