Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a new roommate to join me in my -bathroom condo starting October 1st. (Open to middle of September as well when my current roommate moves out) My amazing roommate of 3 years is buying a house and is happy to provide a reference!

The condo is located in the beautiful Keynote Building in Downtown Calgary, a vibrant and convenient area close to everything.

Rent is $ a month, and utilities + internet are split (about $/month).
There’s underground parking available to rent from owners in the building.

Proof of income is required, as you'll need to apply through the property management company, as well as a standard damage deposit of one months rent. ($)

A bit about me:
I’m , work full-time as an educator in the beauty industry, and live a clean, quiet, and non-smoking lifestyle. I also live with my small dog, Rita, who is super friendly and loves everyone she meets!

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, working out, and anything creative. I’m introverted by nature but always up for a good conversation.
