I live in a BA home with a basement and main level. Your room and private bathroom ( - toilet, sink, shower) are located on the basement level. My cats and I are on the main level % of the time I’m home. I do come downstairs to feed the kitties from the automatic feeder, and they have a litter box in my second bedroom (which is basically their room now). I do come and go through the garage, and the washer/dryer are on the basement level. Otherwise, I just have no need to be down there.

Your room will contain a bed, dresser w/mirror, desk, trash can, walk-in closet, and there is a window.

You’d be living with me and my dog and two cats! I am a very quiet, professional -year-old woman. I rarely have guests over, I never party, I do not smoke, I drink very occasionally (once or twice a year). All in all, I’m sorta boring! I’m introverted, so you’d need not worry about me being in your face constantly. Your space is your space.
