The home features some great amenities, including:
• A backyard with an outdoor fireplace
• A greenhouse and garden for plant lovers
• 4 friendly free-range chickens (kept in a secure fenced area)

You’ll be living with two male roommates in who are co-workers—we’re chill, creative, responsible, and value a comfortable, clean, and positive living space. We are searching for someone who will blend with us well.

We’re located in the Historic Wrigley Neighborhood, close to:
• Bixby Knolls & Signal Hill
• Cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, shops
• LA River Bike Path & Greenbelt (8-min walk)
• Downtown Long Beach (8-min drive)
