Roommate wanted

Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in WPB. It’s currently 3 females, looking for a 4th. Security, first, and last deposit is a total of $ to move in.
-Wi-Fi and water is included with the rent
-fol is the only other bill which ranges between $
-Located in City Side close to the Tanger Outlet Mall and target.

-both rooms share a bathroom

-It is a safe gated community included with a nice pool and gym.

Must be ok with a cat. She’s 2 and stays in that roommates room when she is not home
