my best friend neftali and i are looking for someone to fill a room in a coach house located in irving park! we are taking over our friend’s lease starting oct 1st that is up for renewal feb 1st!
very cheap rent ($ + gas and electricity) washer/dryer, central air and heat, dish washer, and free parking! walking distance from CTA buses and irving oark blueline! lots of restaurants and a tonys market.

i do have two cats that will be living with us!
