Two-story townhouse, 2 bedrooms, bathrooms

Rent: $/month

No deposit required (already covered)

Lease runs through July , with option to renew after

January rent is covered — first payment due February

Utilities:

Paid by tenant: water and electricity

Included in rent: internet, cable TV, trash

Amenities: In-unit washer/dryer, gym, pool, JMU shuttle, clubhouse

Roommate: You’d be sharing with one JMU grad student. He’s quiet, respectful, and mostly keeps to himself.
