Bed Space for rent

Before you read please know it is only a bed not a private bedroom.


Utilities included, gas, electric, there is also a home security system for your safety. There is a $ non refundable one time fee due at move in and after that the rent is $st of the month.

Total move in is $, but after the first I prorate for the time you haven't moved in.

You will need a current ID or DL I won't ask for too much I just need to know who is on , and you will have a month to month lease. For your security there are cameras on the premises and you will need to consent to the premises being recorded, but as you can see there are curtains, and you may also get your own camera for your area.

I have included lights, seating, storage, and a small desk. You are welcome to get your own surge protector, and charge only your daily use items.
