Unfurnished private bedroom and private bathroom for one FEMALE. (Men, couples or moms with children will not be considered, so please don’t ask.)

— Looking for a -month renter, and possibly longer. — You’ll have kitchen & laundry privileges, high-speed WiFi, and lots of street
parking. — Room easily fits a queen-size bed, plus other furniture (despite twin bed shown in photos). — I have a cat who is a cuddler. If you’re allergic, this isn’t the home for you. Prefer no other pets, but may consider a cat or small dog. — No parties, no visitors, no overnight guests.
