Renting 2 bedrooms

renting my 2 bedrooms with one bathroom to share, is a new Construccion home so you’ll be the first one if you move, You have the right to use the laundry room and kitchen.
The Comunity has a pool and a kids playground very close to the townhouse.

The i mins, we have a lot of restaurants, gym, supermarkets, shopping center, movie theater etc, everything mins away from home and Is a golf club 2 mins away next to us.

I’m living by my self but some days of the week I have my daughter, she’s 6 years old.

I would preferably rent to women. Clean and responsive please.

Electricity, water and internet will be divided among everyone.
