Throughout the house (including the rooms) lights are dimmable, window shades are motorized. All light and fan switches are smart so they can be controlled manually or by voice commands.

Kitchen amenities include plenty of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and counter appliances. Special appliances include Ninja Creami, and a Philips Super Automatic Espresso machine which grinds up fresh beans .

Other amenities include a cold plunge, a grill, and seating on the rooftop patio.
