BRAND NEW APT IN IOWA CITY! I am looking for someone to take over my lease, this summer mid-may to august, at the brand new student housing property in downtown Iowa City, The Hive. The lease is an individual lease for a bedroom and bathroom in a bathroom apartment. The apartment comes fully furnished and includes all utilities paid by the The Hive except for electricity. The Hive has some of the best amenities in town including two outdoor courtyards, a large jacuzzi, roof top deck, fitness center, free coffee, study lounges, clubhouse with gaming area, on- management + maintenance, and more. Garage parking is available for additional price. The rent would be $ per month. You be with one other female roommate until she finds someone to sublease too as well. Open to both subletting if you have a friend! She does great job taking care of apartment and we keep our space very clean. Willing to negotiate! Please let us know if you have additional questions!
