Located directly next to Valencia College east campus and just minutes away from UCF and Full Sail, Vale East Student living has been a great experience for me personally! This apartment is located on the first floor and outlooks their pond out back. Roommates Brie and Bailey (4th room empty for now) are super sweet and it’s a pet friendly apartment. Bailey’s cat Ella is cute and very friendly! I WILL REIMBURSE YOU FIRST MONTHS RENT!!
