Private room and bath for rent

Hello everyone,

This room will be available starting September .

Couples are also fine. It is a bath apartment with modern style kitchen and spacious living with spacious balcony for $ split in half between roommates. Privacy, each room in opposite side
of the apartment with own private bathroom. Also property is gated with own code which is a must for me, especially in Antioch. I stayed there for 2 years now, just want my own space so I am moving out so I need someone that can take over my room please. The furniture in there are my stuff from previous stays so I am taking them with me. Though, I am selling my 2 year old couches for $, if you want to keep those (still like new), other than that, you and the other roommate can discuss how y’all wanna decorate the place. I was taking care of the NES bill while she takes care of the water and internet bill. Yall can discuss how you want to proceed.

The apartments are really quiet, nice pool area, club area, grilling area, there hasn’t been any problem since I moved there. I can definitely give you a tour to see how you like it before signing off on it. Feel free to ask any questions.
About the roomies

There is another female roommate in the other room, But you and the other roommate can discuss about how you want to proceed with anything you’re not okay with or talk to management for an agreement.
