Room available in a Cerritos condo. Utilities included. You’ll share a bathroom with a couple, plus there’s a convenient half bath downstairs for anyone to use. We already have three cats, so unfortunately no more pets. Ideally looking for a female or queer housemate between twenty-5 to thirty-5 years old.

The couple (mid-twenties) are a student and a Disneyland employee. I’m in my mid-thirties, a healthcare worker and nursing student. I’m also a trans man, and this is a safe, queer-friendly home.

The three of us are friends who like to hang out and watch horror movies together. The home aesthetic leans toward gothic enchanted forest/dark academia, and we’re still working on painting, fixtures, and finishing the living room.
