Bedrooms are unfurnished, but everything else in the house is completely furnished, stocked, and ready for move-in. Proximity to metro is great for D. C. commuters. The ideal tenant is friendly & easygoing. Community vibes are what we're going for here!

Current occupants: I'm (, M) a software engineer working remotely from home. Tyler (-something, M) works in IT and has a very friendly golden retriever. Conor (, M) is a student in D.C.
