I own a 3-story townhome on Cornish St near the Washington Ave corridor/Cottage Grove. I do not live in the house. The first floor is used on weekdays only to run my home business (no nights, rarely on weekends). You would share the middle and top floors with just one other roommate (male, s, very quiet and keeps to himself).

• Washer/Dryer/Fridge/Kitchen on the middle floor
• Rent: $/month with all bills included (electric, water, gas, trash, high-speed internet)
• Lease: 6 months minimum
• Room: private bedroom in a quiet, clean home; shared kitchen/living on the middle floor; bathroom and laundry shared with just one roommate
• Household: owner not living on ; you might see my business partner on weekdays on the first floor during business hours. I use the bottom floor and garage space as a home office during the week but do not live in the house and keep the door shut. You likely won’t even notice that we are there.
• Street parking (garage is not available as it is currently used for storage)
