• 2 min walk to bus stop with routes to St Leonards, Mosman, Manly, Balmoral, and Chatswood

• Lani (f), also in her s, friendly and easygoing.

👤 Who we’re looking for
Someone in their s, clean and respectful. We’d love a housemate who’s easygoing, social for a chat, but also values downtime and a peaceful space.
