Things to note:
- We can only offer a rental from Oct - May, as we rent as a vacation rental otherwise. If you rent for the full amount, price is $/mo which includes all utilities. If you have to rent less, price can vary.
- We cannot allow pets in our home. Although we love pets, it's not permissible with our HOA
- We can host 3 people comfortably, but 4 at the most

Welcome to our Little Beach House (Casita de la Playa)! We are situated in the best part of West Ocean City; you can literally just park your car out-front of the cottage & walk/cycle pretty much everywhere. You will love the luxurious touches & home-feel that we've created in our recently remodeled cottage, so after a fun day in the sun, you can come home & just relax. Our cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, W/D, front porch, MD state park pass, beach gear & 2 margaritaville bicycles. We have enough parking for 3 cars.
