If you bring an animal, you will pay a month with a $ nonrefundable pet deposit. The dog must be on preventive medicine. And preferably a female dog. You will have access to downtown New Port Richey. Washer dryer water , included kitchen use of course I have one and a half bathrooms. House is solid must have your own evacuation routine however, my road does not flood. The rent would be to move in. You will sign a lease agreement. The lease agreement is month-to-month. I prefer someone to be here months and then go from there..
