Hi I am looking for a replacement tenant for the 3-bed apartment I'm currently living in. It is located within the city centre area, with Deansgate at a 2 minute walk. Local amenities include Tesco, Asda, a variety of restaurants, gyms, and the bus stop right beside the back gate of the apartment.
If you're in the mood to party, or just fancy a drink with your mates, there are plenty of clubs, bars and pubs at a walking distance of 5 minutes.
As for the apartment itself, you'll get two bathrooms/toilets, one of which is an ensuite while the other one is a shared toilet between the two single rooms. You'll be getting an open plan kitchen and living room with a gorgeous view from the juliet-styled balcony. The entire apartment is fully furnished.
Within the apartment complex, you'll be getting a small garden/walking area for the lazy evenings.
There's one parking spot that's included with the apartment. The parking spot is within the apartment complex.
