We have one bedroom available in our house in Chino ready for move in. We are open to whoever is the right fit- drama free house (must be female). Responsible people only must pay rent and utility bills on time. Must be respectful of shared living areas. Shopping center located less than a 2-minute walk from house. Home has 2 large living rooms (one on 1st floor and another on 2nd floor). Safe area. When?: ready for move in now. Expenses: Security deposit required. Utilities are split monthly among all tenants (gas, electric, internet, water/trash) Lease info: month commitment. Background/credit check required by landlord and must be financially approved. Laundry: Yes located on 2nd level Parking: Each tenant has 1 spot in garage/driveway Pet policy: No pets.
