Looking for a replacement to take over my part of the lease which is a room. Located in Fort Lauderdale, Flager Village. Two female roommates. Apartment provides the following amenities and more. Washer dryer in unit, rooftop pool and gym. Coffee and Espresso machine upstairs and two free alcohol beverages a day. Garage parking as well. Must apply to take over lease.
