Hi, my boyfriend and I are looking for someone to rent a spare room in our home. We live in a quiet community amongst the pine trees with beautiful mountain views, just 5 minutes from Jenkinson Lake. We are fifteen minutes from hwy fifty, thirty minutes to downtown placerville, and ten minutes from our local grocery store and gas station.
The room and bathroom are furnished. Previously rented on Airbnb but we would like someone more long term moving forward. The room has a queen bed and also a small fridge and microwave. This listing does not include a kitchen as its located on the other side of the home where we mostly stay. This room would be best suited for a single person who doesn't mind not having a kitchen and enjoys living somewhere more remote with lots of opportunity for outdoor recreation.
First months rent and deposit due upon move in. Lease can be month to month or 6 months if preferred.
We also recommend having an all wheel drive car as we do get some snow in the winter.
