I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Aspen State College (Near Penn State University Park), located at:
Squirrel Dr, State College, PA
Just a 5-minute drive to Penn State University Park.

Lease term: 1 year (flexible — you can stay for the full year or a shorter period if needed).
Note: I signed the lease but had a campus change, so the room has never been lived in.
Immediate move-in available — you can move in right away if you’d like.

Apartment Details:
• -bathroom apartment (each bedroom has a private attached bathroom)
• I am renting 1 private bedroom; the other two rooms are already occupied by two male students
• Shared spaces include: living room, kitchen, washer, and dryer
