The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, drawer space, closet space, an area for a desk (work from home or student), a ” smart TV, and a personal balcony. Your bathroom is semi-private, as it is just outside of your room and is % primarily yours but will be used occasionally by guests. You will have access to your own pantry like shelving area, a shared refrigerator space, laundry room with washer and dryer, kitchen space and living room space. Parking is never an issue and no parking permit is required. My husband and I also have 2 Yorkie’s who are very well behaved and rarely bark. We have a routine of working, cooking, and watching TV. Somewhat mild and quiet with occasional friends coming over for dinner. We are also renting out our other room to another tenant. Utilities and internet is included in your rent. First and last month’s rent is due plus a $ refundable security deposit. No couples and no pets. Students and working professionals preferred.
